Goodley

Cookie Policy

Effective date: 20 October 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Goodley Technology Limited (Goodley, we, us) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and on the Goodley Platform, and how you can control them. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

1What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let the site recognise your device and remember things such as whether you are signed in and what preferences you have set.

Some cookies last only until you close your browser (session cookies). Others stay on your device for a set period (persistent cookies). Cookies set by us are first-party cookies, and cookies set by another organisation's service are third-party cookies.

We also use similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage and session storage. This policy refers to all of them as cookies.

2Cookies we use

We group cookies by what they are for:

  • Essential. Needed for the website and platform to work, including sign-in, device verification and security. These cannot be switched off.
  • Functional. Remember your preferences, such as display settings.
  • Analytics. Help us understand how our website is used so we can improve it.

We do not use advertising or marketing cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

3Third-party services

Analytics. We use PostHog and Datadog.

Embedded content. Our website may include content from other providers, such as videos or forms. That content may set its own cookies, so we load it only after you have agreed to them.

4Consent and your choices

Essential cookies. We set these automatically because the website and platform cannot work without them. They do not need your consent.

Functional and analytics cookies. We set these only if you agree through our cookie banner.

Changing your mind. You can change your choices at any time by changing your browser settings, which let you see, block and delete cookies. Your browser's help pages explain how.

Blocking essential cookies will stop parts of the website and platform from working.

5Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the cookies we use, the technology or the law changes. We will update the effective date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you through our website or by email.
